Hormones responsible for “technophobia”

Many people get nervous with just the idea that they need to operate their new mobile phone. Perhaps they are not responsible for their “technophobia” according to a new British scientific research which supports that this fear may have its origins in the DNA.

“Anxiety sensitive people, who may have technophobia, often think of themselves as failures or that they are stupid, but everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. What this shows is that these people are not failures. The relationship between prenatal testosterone exposure and sensitivity to anxiety could then be useful in tailoring information differently to help anxiety concerning new technologies.”
